Founded in 2014, Hangzhou TinkerBio Technology Co., Ltd is a platform company specializing in the development, mass production, and sales of life science instruments and microfluidic chips. The company has built a world-leading microfluidic R&D and production technology platform and industry ecosystem platform, providing professional and comprehensive microfluidic products and overall solutions for fields such as biopharmaceutical R&D (drug synthesis/purification, drug delivery/encapsulation, drug analysis, drug screening and evaluation), materials synthesis (nanomaterial preparation, polymer microsphere production, chemical synthesis), medical in vitro diagnostics (biochemical/immunological/nucleic acid detection, cell analysis, microbial identification, gene sequencing, liquid biopsy), microchannel liquid cooling, food safety/environmental protection, etc.

TECHNICAL SERVICES
Industrial Development
Design for Manufacturability of Microfluidic Chips. Based on the customer’s input product prototype design, we consider factors such as manufacturability and assemblability to ensure that the resulting microfluidic chips feature process achievability, ease of fabrication, high manufacturing efficiency, and low cost.

Commercial production
We develop and manufacture microfluidic chips to improve production efficiency. Based on customer-input product prototypes and manufacturing process designs, we enhance production efficiency and further reduce production costs by improving manufacturing processes and building fully automated production lines.

Custom development of auxiliary equipment

Design and development services for microfluidic chip-related equipment. Based on customer-inputted equipment design requirements, we complete the development of integrated sample pretreatment equipment, as well as equipment and accessories for microfluidic chip surface treatment, quality control, bonding, packaging, and assembly.

Microfluidic product customization and development

Microfluidic product prototype design and development services. Based on the client's application-oriented product design requirements, we complete the structural design and basic performance verification of microfluidic chips and their supporting equipment, and output chip prototypes, equipment schematics, product structures, fabrication processes, test reports, etc.
