Microfluidics Project Manager Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the company's R&D project management, progress tracking and control, collection, organization, analysis and summary of test results and reporting to ensure that problems can be traced; 2. Participate in the development of diagnostic products and technology platforms with microfluidic chips as the core;
3. Chip design, including liquid/gas flow path design, simulation, mechanical external structure design, etc.;
4. Outsourcing tracking and docking of conversion projects;
5. Selection and optimization of product materials and manufacturing processes;
6. Lead the project team to complete various microfluidic projects;
7. Patent and paper writing.
Job Requirements:
1. Required to have microfluidic technology research and development, IVD chip design and industrialization capabilities, mainly responsible for the management of microfluidic research and development and conversion projects;
2. Have good communication skills, positive work attitude, and excellent time management skills;
3. Have a doctoral degree or master's degree with more than 3 years of microfluidic chip design experience;
4. Those with microfluidic chip design experience are preferred.
Microfluidics R&D Engineer (Reserve Project Manager) Job responsibilities: 1. Mainly responsible for the research and development of microfluidic chip technology projects; 2. Assist the project leader in the development of microfluidic projects, chip production, progress tracking and control, collection, organization, analysis and summary of test results and reporting to ensure that problems can be traced; 3. Participate in the development of products and technology platforms with microfluidic chips as the core, and new product testing; 4. Chip design, including liquid/gas flow path design, simulation, mechanical external structure design, etc.; 5. Outsourcing tracking and docking of conversion projects; 6. Selection and optimization of product materials and manufacturing processes; 7. Patents, paper writing, etc. Job requirements: 1. Professional requirements: polymer materials, chemistry, mechanics, biology, physical fluid mechanics and related disciplines; 2. Full-time master's degree or above, with experience in microfluidic chip technology production and design is preferred; 3. Priority is given to those with microfluidic technology research and development, IVD chip design and industrialization capabilities; 4. Mainly responsible for assisting the management of related R&D and conversion projects, and training personnel as project managers; 5. Required to have relatively comprehensive knowledge and skills, good summary and communication skills, positive work attitude and excellent time management skills. |
